Please note that each registration requires a unique email address, and therefore you will need to provide the email address of each person who wishes to receive a badge.
Cancellations on or before 30th June 2024 will be processed after a deduction of 15% which is to cover our administration costs and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
-50% cancellation fee for the request received between 1st July 2024 to 14th October 2024.
-Cancellations after 15th October 2024 will forfeit the entire fee.
-Cancellations and requests for cancellations must be notified in writing to the MEIDAM Congress Secretariat at [email protected].
Refund Policy for cancellations received till 14 October 2024, will be settled directly through the mode of payment used during registration with an average time of 60 days post the event dates.
